Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has delegated his powers to AAP’s convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He is not only holding meetings of the officers of Punjab, but is also ordering the posting of Senior Superintendents of Police, Deputy Commissioners. SAD President and MP Sukhbir Badal said this at the Panthak conference of SAD at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib on the occasion of Baisakhi on Thursday.
Badal said Kejriwal has not only taken control of the administration in Punjab, but is also using resources like helicopters from the state for campaigning in Himachal Pradesh. Even 90 commandos of Punjab Police have been deployed along with the Chief Minister of Delhi.
He said that he did not want to speak for some time and wanted to give a free hand to the new government to fulfill the promises made to the people. Badal alleged that he had reached the Bargadi picketing site to visit intoxicated.

Badal asked the AAP government to immediately announce a bonus of Rs 500 per quintal to the farmers, who are facing huge losses due to low yield of wheat. He also told how anti-cult forces are trying to weaken the Akali Dal by defaming it. He said that after the central takeover of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (DSGMC), now Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) is being targeted.
Earlier, SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami told how Sikhs have stood firm in their faith despite all odds. He said that even now there are some wrong elements in the community who are conspiring against the sect and its institutions. MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal said that the AAP government should reduce VAT on diesel, apart from providing electricity supply, compensation to farmers for low wheat yield.
Akali Dal’s allegation- CM Mann bowed his head in Gurudwara Sahib in a drunken state
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has been accused by Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal and his senior party leader Virsa Singh Valtoha that CM Mann was drunk on Thursday. He had bowed his head at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib before attending the state level function of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar in Jalandhar.
Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Badal has also launched a scathing attack on CM Mann, saying that Mann had drunk alcohol when he came to bow his head. They don’t even know the limits. Sukhbir said that he did not want to speak against the CM of Punjab for six months, but the sacrilege of Sikh dignity and Gurughar was not tolerated. Mann is the CM now, the world is watching him. On the other hand, Virsa Singh Valtoha has accused Mann of being intoxicated by posting a post on his Facebook page.
Raghav Chaddha said – the cartridges are talking nonsense
