The Chief Minister said that every time the question is raised that Punjab has a debt of Rs 3 lakh crore and how will the Aam Aadmi Party government fulfill the promises made to the people.

He said that it is astonishing that no new hospital, no government school-college nor any government university was built in Punjab for the last many years. The government universities which are already running in the state are also in loss. Highways being built across the state are being built by private companies, so where did the loan money go?
