Chandigarh: RSS worker reached High Court against Digvijay Singh, Congress leader told Sangh’s hand in Mumbai bomb blast

In the newspaper, the petitioner saw a news related to Digvijay Singh. According to this news, Digvijay Singh had given a statement that RSS is behind these bomb blasts. Along with this, he had also said that he has enough evidence against the RSS.

Union worker Om Prakash Bansal has reached the Punjab-Haryana High Court in connection with the statement of Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was involved in the Mumbai blasts and there is evidence related to it. The Sirsa Court has challenged in the High Court for not listening to their complaint. The High Court will hear his petition on 7 September.

RSS worker Om Prakash Bansal, while filing a petition in the High Court, said that he has been associated with the RSS for a long time. He was also the RSS district chief in Sirsa region from 1979 to 1993. He told that there were bomb blasts in Mumbai in July 2011. After these bomb blasts, the petitioner saw a news related to Digvijay Singh in the newspaper. According to this news, Digvijay Singh had given a statement that RSS is behind these bomb blasts. Along with this, he had also said that he has enough evidence against the RSS.

The petitioner had given a complaint against this in the court of Sirsa and demanded action against Digvijay Singh. The Sirsa court had dismissed the complaint saying that the petitioner could not file a complaint on behalf of the RSS. The petitioner submitted that he is associated with RSS for a long time and hence he can give complaint and the complaint should be treated as valid.
