Big success: Punjab Police arrested four terrorists with weapons, action with Delhi Police

Earlier in April, the Intelligence Wing of Punjab Police had arrested two close associates of fugitive gangster-turned-terrorist Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dalla. Harsh Kumar and his partner Raghav were both residents of Kot Isse Khan district Moga. The police had recovered foreign MP-5 guns along with 44 cartridges from them.
