Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on Sunday after a 15-hour interrogation in connection with a rave party on a cruise going from Mumbai to Goa. A total of eight people have been arrested in the case. Apart from Aryan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchant were produced in the court. The court has handed over the three to NCB on one-day remand.
Earlier, the NCB demanded the court to hand over the three in custody till October 5, saying that we have strong evidence against them. NCB sources said that Aryan Khan has been arrested under Section 27 of the NDPS Act. Sources said that after the arrest, the three accused, including Aryan, were taken to JJ Hospital in Mumbai, where they were medically examined.
Will present all eight in court on Monday
NCB said that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha will be produced again in the court on Monday. The court will be asked to extend his detention period. At the same time, five other accused – Nupur Satija, Ishmjit Singh Chadha, Mohk Jaiswal, Gomit Chopra, and Vikrant Chhokar – were also arrested on Sunday. They will also be presented in court on Monday after getting their medical done.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale has demanded strict punishment to Aryan Khan and other accused who had a drugs party on the cruise. He said that whoever is involved in wrongdoing should be punished severely.

NCB had also summoned Cordelia Cruises owner Jargan Bailom for questioning. Bailom said that we are giving full help to NCB in the investigation. We only operate cruises, don’t know anything more. We were not the organizers of the party.

People from Bollywood, fashion, and business industries were on board the cruise on which NCB raided. According to sources, this ship was to leave on Saturday. On the first day, Miami-based DJ Stan Kolev along with DJ Bulzeye, Browncoat, and Dipesh Sharma was to perform on the cruise. There was also a performance to be held with Ivory Coast’s DJ Raul’s DG Kohra and Moroccan artist Kayja. After this, there was also a champagne all-black party. The ship was to return to Mumbai by 10 am on October 4.
NCB officers boarded as passengers, raided in the middle of the sea

All three women are residents of Delhi
The three women, who were detained from the Rave Party in the NCB raid, are residents of Delhi. According to news agency ANI, the three women were brought to the NCB office in Mumbai on Sunday, where they are being questioned.
