Talking to reporters at the party headquarters on Friday, Raghav Chadha said that Captain Sarkar has committed another big vaccine scam. He has asked Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and Congress National President Sonia Gandhi to answer five questions on the vaccine matter.
Raghav said that the Punjab government had bought the vaccine from the state government quota at Rs 400 per dose, but the Captain government has further scammed the private hospitals to the tune of crores of rupees by selling it at Rs 1060 per dose. Raghav asked five questions to the Chief Minister that why the Punjab government was not giving free vaccines to the people.
Second, why did the government shut down the vaccine centers and allow private hospitals to charge Rs 3100 for the vaccine? Third, the people of Punjab should be told what they have done to check the black marketing of free medicines. While asking the fourth question to the government, where was the money for the vaccine scam, and the last question, what action was taken by the three-member committee to end the fight of Punjab Congress regarding the vaccine scam.
